Parking Enforcement Officer Role
We are seeking a skilled and approachable individual to join our Transportation team as a Parking Enforcement Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for patrolling local roads and streets, advising the public on parking options, and issuing enforcement tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Patrolling local roads and streets to enforce parking regulations
- Providing advice to the public on parking options and restrictions
- Issuing enforcement tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles
- Reporting suspected abandoned vehicles
- Dealing with enquiries from the public
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication skills and a people-friendly approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professionalism and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
