About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a Further Education College in Bath. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work with the SEND provision, providing 1:1 and small group support to learners in mainstream courses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support learners in mainstream courses with their learning
  • Work effectively as part of a team to motivate and support young people
  • Have good communication skills and experience of working with young people with learning difficulties/disabilities

Salary and Benefits

The college offers a competitive salary of £14-£15 per hour inclusive of holiday pay.
