About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pool Instructor to join our team at Duckling and Dolphins Swim School.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities, while promoting a positive and supportive learning environment.

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities
  • Evaluate student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, parents and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Level 2 Swim Teachers qualification
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for teaching and coaching swimming
