Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

Job Summary:
VANRATH is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our client, a large Public Sector Organisation, in their Lurgan site. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an efficient, high-quality, coordinated, cost-effective, planned, and responsive maintenance service for specified facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure the commissioning of all engineering services is executed as per agreed protocols and in accordance with all Statutory Standards, Codes of Practice, Health & Safety Guidance, Health Technical Memoranda, and Building Notes.
* Assist the Deputy Head of Operations in reviewing and updating engineering services, operational policies, and systems as required.
* Provide an effective maintenance service and works contract management services for specified facilities.
* Managerial responsibility for the control of all engineering staff in the team.
* Develop, maintain, and review all planned preventative maintenance programmes on plant and equipment within the area of responsibility.
* Assist the Deputy Head of Operations in implementing and maintaining an effective asset register.
* Assist the Deputy Head of Operations to set up, monitor, and maintain quality standards and performance.
* Act as a direct liaison person with department and ward staff.
* Fulfil the role and responsibilities of an Authorised Person for Medical Gas Pipeline Systems as defined in HTM02.
* Fulfil the role and responsibilities of an Authorised Person for High and Low Voltage Electrical Systems as defined in HTM06.
* Fulfil the role and responsibilities of a Competent Person (Legionella) as defined in HTM04 and AcoP(L8).

Requirements:

* University Degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
* 3 years of experience in the management of Engineering Services Projects/Facilities or HNC in Electrical or Building Services Engineering with 5 years of experience in the management of Engineering Services and engineering staff.
* Hold a current full driving licence valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment.

Remuneration:

* c£43,659 per annum, plus discount benefits.
