Accounting Role Description

As a Financial Controller at Scott Bader UK, Ireland & Scandinavia, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of finance. You will lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance financial reporting, performance, and liquidity.

You will work closely with the local management team to provide insights and support their decision-making processes. Your expertise will be crucial in simplifying and standardising operations, while driving performance optimisation.

  • Lead the finance teams across the region to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve working capital performance measures.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and open communication among team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant accounting developments, sharing knowledge with regional and global leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

  • Delivering monthly financial results for the UK, Ireland & Scandinavia entities.
  • Managing the finance teams across the region.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance financial reporting and performance.
