Job Title: Estimator CNC Machining

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Estimator CNC Machining to join our team at HR GO PLC. As an Estimator CNC Machining, you will be responsible for creating and submitting quotations and tender bids on complex Military and aerospace parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate 3,4 and 5 axis machining, fabrication and sub assembly
  • Respond to RFQ's collating information and costs on materials and treatments to prepare bids and quotes and agree contracts
  • Work closely with various areas of the business to understand technical challenges, capacity, lead times and materials availability
  • Use knowledge of CNC Machining / precision engineering, materials and processes alongside estimating experience to help improve the efficiency of this part of the company

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a precision engineering environment (ideally aerospace manufacturing)
  • Experience as an estimator or cost engineer
  • Proficiency with excel / access MS Office programmes
