Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at an award-winning Agricultural company in Hampshire. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating job orders, and maintaining customer and machine records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional telephone and in-person interactions with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Create job orders and maintain accurate records of customer and machine information.
  • Generate invoices, provide cost estimates, and communicate repair timelines to customers.
  • Coordinate with customers to schedule breakdowns, repairs, services, and follow up on customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within the Automotive trade.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Confident on the phone.
  • Good attention to detail.
