Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Prepare all food items as directed, adhering to health and safety standards and maintaining a clean working station.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere.
- Stock Control: Assist with stock control and operate the kitchen in line with budgets, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cleaning and Organisation: Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or relevant qualification, with a genuine commitment and passion for food.
- Communication: Excellent communication and time-keeping skills, with the ability to work at pace and with minimal supervision.
- Initiative: Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to tasks, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
