About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our established team at a prestigious site in Swansea, where you'll be welcomed by colleagues who have fostered a strong working environment.

Key Details:

  • Hours: 24 hours per week
  • Shift Pattern: Saturday and Sunday, days
  • Salary: £12.00 per hour
  • Transport: Must have a driving license and access to a vehicle or excellent public transport links

Job Responsibilities

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing lock and unlock duties as required, securing premises at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Conducting regular patrols across multiple sites to monitor security and identify any potential issues.
  • Responding promptly to alarm activations, assessing situations quickly and taking appropriate action.
  • Managing visitor and personnel identification system (VPIS).
  • Displaying an outstanding level of customer service.
Essential Skills

Job Essentials:

  • Valid SIA Licence
  • Driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK and have a five-year check able history
  • Excellent customer service
  • Hardworking, punctual, and honest
