Groundworkers Required for New Build Housing Development

We are seeking experienced Groundworkers for a new build housing development in Coggeshall. The successful candidates will be responsible for completing finishing works on the site.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Groundworks
  • Basic Groundworks tools and equipment
  • CSCS card and PPE
  • CPCS Dumper/Roller certification (desirable)

Working Hours and Pay:

  • 9 hours per day, Monday to Friday (7:30am - 5:00pm)
  • Saturdays: time and a half pay
  • Weekly pay on a Friday
  • Pay rate: £21-£23 per hour (dependent on experience)

Duration: 12-24 months
