Job Title: Sales Valuer

Location: Birmingham, Choice of 4 branches

Basic: £25,000+ (very flexible based on experience)

OTE: £40,000 - £45,000 (average valuer) / £45,000-£50,000 (leading valuers)

An excellent opportunity for a talented and experienced Sales Valuer in a well-respected independent Estate Agency firm.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct market appraisals from generated leads.
  • Attend valuation appointments to secure listings.
  • Conduct viewings on own stock.
  • Regularly update listings on portals.
  • Negotiate offers.
  • Complete AML checks on buyers.
  • Refer buyers to financial services and conveyancing partners.
  • Issue Memorandum of Sale to all parties.
  • Progress sales, working with mortgage providers and conveyancers.
  • Keep all parties updated.
  • Secure Google reviews from buyers or sellers.
