Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying within Reinforced concrete Frames and Structures. Key responsibilities include collaborating with pre-construction and construction teams, analyzing tender details, sourcing quotes, and managing procurement.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in estimating project costs, preparing Bills of Quantities, and performing material take-offs. They will also be able to present Cost Value Reconciliations to senior management and oversee project cost control and financial management.
