Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's sourcing and sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for sustainability, quality, and technical functions on a global scale, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Support the senior leadership team in delivering an integrated sustainability strategy, measuring progress against key performance indicators and objectives.
  • Ensure corporate sustainability compliance with UK and EU statutory regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Lead the packaging team, focusing on actions that support the sustainability strategy.
  • Oversee the function, recruiting and selecting team members, managing performance, and providing coaching and feedback.
  • Accountable for the effective governance and execution of the Sustainability and Digital Fit strategy across the business.
