We are seeking an outstanding and inspirational leader to join our dynamic Physical Education department as the Head of Girls' PE. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of girls' physical education within a thriving school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Vision: Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Girls' PE program, aligning with the school's overall vision and educational goals.
- Teaching and Learning: Lead by example, teaching high-quality PE lessons that foster a love of sport and physical activity amongst girls of all abilities.
- Relationships and Wellbeing: Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents, fostering a positive and inclusive environment within the Girls' PE program.
- Extracurricular Activities: Oversee and develop a range of extracurricular sports clubs and activities for girls, catering to diverse interests and abilities.
- School Community: Collaborate effectively with other departments within the school to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
