Stock Condition Consultant for Local Authorities
In partnership with a prominent consultancy, 1st Select Ltd invites applications from qualified Stock Condition Surveyors to support the delivery of a high-profile contract in Derbyshire. The project requires experienced professionals to perform stock condition surveys on local authority properties. Essential skills include:
  • Sound knowledge of RDSAP and HHSRS methodologies
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting stock condition assessments
  • Proficient use of handheld devices (tablets)

Successful candidates can expect an annual remuneration of approximately £28,000 - £35,000, commensurate with the demands of this position. This contract is expected to last 3 months with possibilities for extension or renewal.
