Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our team at IAG Tech. As a key member of our network infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining our network hardware, systems, and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement network infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues to ensure optimal network uptime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex network incidents and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in network engineering with a strong background in Cisco and Juniper technologies.
  • CCNA and CCNP certifications with 5 years of Cisco Routing/Switching experience.
  • Checkpoint Firewall expertise with 3 years of experience.
  • Strong experience in incident and problem management in a 24/7 global environment.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and ability to manage and troubleshoot various network devices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AWS/Cloud technologies and Ansible for automation.
  • CISSP certification and familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.
  • Knowledge of network design and experience with load balancers and proxy servers.
