Translational Medicine plays a pivotal role in bridging research advances and clinical application, leveraging cutting-edge solutions to develop novel therapies.
The Medical Director, Clinical Pharmacology will be the primary point of contact for the cross-functional Clinical Pharmacology Team and our qualified CROs, ensuring seamless execution of FiH and Clinical Pharmacology studies. This individual will provide medical and scientific leadership, expertise, and guidance to support global programs across all therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of Study Concept Sheets and Protocols, providing Clinical Pharmacology expertise
- Review Informed Consent Forms, Statistical Analysis Plans, Tables, Listings and Figure (TLF) shells and drafts, and results summaries
- Lead Site Initiation Visits, conduct safety reviews, and provide medical coding
- Develop Clinical Study Reports and contribute to publications of study results, including abstracts, posters, manuscripts, plain language trial summaries, and technical results summaries
Requirements
- Medical Degree combined with a PhD/post-doctoral degree, specialized training, or clinical research experience in Clinical Pharmacology
- Significant clinical study experience in Clinical Pharmacology and FIH studies, either in the biopharmaceutical industry or as a PI/sub-investigator in a CRO or relevant academic medical center
- Track record of drug submissions/approval and/or high-quality publications in international scientific journals, along with advanced training in one of the TM Therapeutic areas
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
