Job Title: Production Supervisor

Join Safran Landing Systems, a world leader in aircraft landing and braking systems, as a Production Supervisor in our Gloucester, England facility. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our production team and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the production team, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
  • Develop and implement processes to support continuous improvement initiatives, including managing non-conformances and implementing production and assembly process improvements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance overall performance.
  • Lead the implementation of employee-driven improvements to enhance overall performance.
Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in machine shop operations and a comprehensive understanding of machining processes.
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and familiarity with assembly, machining, processing, quality, and SAP systems.
  • Willingness to work shifts and adapt to changing business needs.
