About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to support the day-to-day operational running of our development and its facilities. As our Assistant General Manager, you will liaise with key stakeholders, contracted property management companies, and contractors to ensure the smooth operation of the development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the operational running of the development and its facilities
- Liaise with key stakeholders, contractors, and property management companies
- Coordinate events for residents, manage the visitor suite diary, and ensure maintenance is of a high standard
- Build lasting relationships with residents, offering a professional and empathetic approach
- Ensure all accounting for the development's budget is delivered in a transparent manner
- Take the lead on managing Health and Safety at the development
About You
You will have a proven track record of success in an operational management or supervisory role, with experience in property or facilities management. You will have excellent customer service skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and residents.
