IT Systems Engineer

Crimson is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our team in Rugeley. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our clients' IT systems, providing effective desktop support to all end users, and driving internal service improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintain clients' IT systems, ensuring seamless service across physical and virtual environments.
  • Provide top-tier post-sales support to our Managed Service customers.
  • Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of Remote Monitoring and Management alerts to minimize impact on client operations.
  • Mentor and train support staff as needed.
  • Foster individual performance, enhance technical skills, and drive service improvements.
Requirements:
  • Previous Service Desk experience.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert - desirable.
  • Experience in Azure/AWS architecture, integration, and migration.
  • Deployment and administration of KnowBe4.
  • Ubiquiti deployment and management.
  • Meraki deployment and management.
  • Networking (physical and virtual) including VLAN, LACP, STP, QoS, ACLs, and VRRP.
  • Server management (physical and virtual) with HPE, Hyper-V, and VMware.
