Job Description

This role is responsible for leading a team of early years professionals to deliver high-quality childcare services that meet the needs of young children. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of child development, and a passion for creating engaging and educational experiences for children.

The key responsibilities include developing and implementing policies and procedures, working closely with colleagues to achieve set goals and objectives, and providing guidance and support to team members.

Requirements
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a nursery setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
