We are currently seeking a Cyber Security Consultant to support our clients primarily in the UK, Ireland, Scandinavia, Africa, and the Middle East. This role will involve supporting clients in interpreting risk assessment results and validating their plans to address identified cyber risk issues.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and entrenching credibility with clients on matters of cyber security. They will work directly with clients through the process of assessing and understanding their cyber risk, providing expertise to account managers and engineers, as well as external clients, on cyber risk management and mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and understand client cyber risk
  • Provide expert advice on cyber risk management and mitigation
  • Support clients in interpreting risk assessment results and validating their plans
  • Collaborate with the cyber team in developing, implementing, and improving cyber assessment tools, services, and business processes
  • Assist with internal training of client-facing personnel on fundamental cyber security practices, risks, and recommended mitigation tactics

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience working in information technology, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in the information/cyber security field. They should have strong knowledge of operating systems and networks, solid knowledge of computer vulnerabilities, hacker methodologies, and other threats.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a defined benefit pension scheme, private medical insurance, an incentive plan, fitness reimbursement plan, 2 global well-being days per annum, and charity volunteer days.

Location:

This role can be based at either our London or Maidenhead office, with travel required on a regular basis (UK and EMEA).
