About the Role

Maclean Moore Consulting is seeking an experienced WMS Support Analyst to join their team in Daventry, UK. As a key member of the team, you will provide technical and functional support for Blue Yonder WMS and Red Prairie WMS.

Job Description:

  • Provide technical and functional support for Blue Yonder WMS and Red Prairie WMS.
  • Work closely with customers to resolve issues in the WMS area.
  • Coordinate with the BY team to resolve product and performance issues.
  • Lead customer calls and coordinate with offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support consultants providing techno-functional support for Blue Yonder WMS/Red Prairie WMS.
  2. Collaborate with integration teams for integration issues.
  3. Provide functional support for BAU activities, including product configuration, troubleshooting, batch monitoring, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6-12 years of experience in supporting Blue Yonder WMS, with expertise in MOCA Components, MTF, DDA/Pagebuilder, Reports, and Labels.
  • Strong knowledge of inbound, outbound, warehouse setup, RF devices, label printing, and WMS architecture.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is up to £650 per day (inside IR35) with a duration of 6 months initially, with the possibility of extension.
