We are seeking a talented Investment Associate to join our growing team of highly regarded Investment Professionals in the expanding field of Impact Investing.

About the Role

  • Work with a well-funded, mission-driven organization delivering urgent and systemic change at scale.
  • Contribute to the growth of our Impact Investing team as part of planned, sustainable growth.
  • Be responsible for analysis, management, and exit of investments as your Impact Investing acumen grows.
  • Collaborate with an excellent sourcing team to identify and evaluate investment opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2-9 years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Finance, including a foundation in M&A or Leveraged Finance at an Investment Bank, or private investments at a Private Equity / Private Credit firm.
  • Strong technical skills, including hands-on financial analysis and modeling of investments.
  • Particular experience with Private Debt transactions.
  • Shared passion for making a long-term positive impact and a keenness to learn to apply impact analysis to investments.
