About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Beauty Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on skincare and makeup products to clients
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product range and its benefits
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their skin and makeup goals
  • Confidently recommend custom-fit routines and products to meet client needs
  • Maintain a visually appealing shopping environment through effective visual merchandising
Requirements
  • Passion for beauty and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Previous retail industry experience is beneficial
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
