Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Miller & Carter - Lancing. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, supporting our chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up the kitchen ready for service, ensuring all equipment and utensils are clean and in good working order.
- Assist the chefs in preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Help to maintain the kitchen's high standards of cleanliness and organization, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Support the kitchen team in achieving our service standards, working collaboratively to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements
