Job Details:

Skills Provision is seeking a highly skilled Master Technician to join a reputable employer in the UK. This role is ideal for a fully qualified technician with extensive experience working with major automotive brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, inspect, and identify vehicle faults
  • Complete all necessary documentation accurately
  • Refer to professional manuals and publications when required
  • Test vehicle parts and systems to ensure functionality
  • Perform all repairs to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
  • Comply with all Health and Safety regulations

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Formal qualification as a Master Technician (e.g., IMI Level 4)
  • Experience with a major automotive brand dealership is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of diesel, petrol, and hybrid engines
  • Valid UK driving license or international driving permit (conversion assistance available if needed)
  • A strong team player with leadership qualities
  • Ability to mentor junior technicians and command respect
