Casual Stockroom Assistant
Flannels, the luxury fashion destination for men and women, is seeking an exceptional Stockroom Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, who can work effectively within a team environment and is customer-focused.
- Key responsibilities include greeting customers with a sincere and warm welcome, dealing with large quantities of stock and price changes, and ensuring replenishment and stock picking is accurate and done at pace.
- Additionally, you will provide information about in-store offers, promotions, and store cards, deliver first-class stockroom standards, and maintain a customer-friendly and customer-focused environment at all times.
- It is essential to guarantee a high level of customer service, educate and guide customers about Flannels, the brands, and the products we sell, and offer alternatives and add-on sales as necessary.
- You will also ensure store standards are complete and the store is prepared for the next trading day, and comply with all Flannels policies and procedures at all times.
