At Innovus, we have an exciting opportunity for a Building Safety Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team in the effective management of building safety management programs for qualifying buildings.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the compliance and maintenance of key documents that make up the overall safety of the buildings.
  • Implementing and delivering a high-rise management program for over 18m buildings, including maintenance of building safety cases, resident engagement strategies, EWS1 Certificates and all associated reports and assessments.
  • Ensuring 100% compliance and exemplary service to clients.
  • Effective financial planning and management of all projects.
  • Supporting the growth objective of Innovus through identifying new revenue opportunities, leads and new clients.
  • Staying up to date with the changes in legislation and anything that may impact Building Safety.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of the Building Safety Act and secondary legislation, including obligations of the Principal Accountable Person.
  • Property Management experience – understand lease structures and client relationships.
  • Project Management
  • Line management experience.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to manage a P&L.
