Salary and Benefits

Our competitive salary for this role is estimated to be £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including discretionary annual bonus, 25 days holiday up to 30 days (depending on service), pension scheme with matched company contributions up to 10%, and more.

Job Description

This is a senior treasury analyst role, working closely with the Head of Treasury Finance. You will support our Middle Office and oversee various Treasury functions, including capital, interest rate risk, liquidity, and reporting. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Governance & Control

You will support the establishment of a governance framework for maintaining Treasury policies and procedures, including creating and maintaining a monitoring register.

Risk Management

You will establish a register and directory for operational risk assessments and controls in Treasury.

Reporting

You will prepare reports on Treasury counterparty exposures to internal limits, ensuring compliance and reporting any breaches.

System Management

You will assist with the ongoing management and setup of the Treasury Management System and other related systems.

In this role, you will also be responsible for data analysis, data use, and production of reports within the team. You will require a strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and debt instruments, as well as knowledge of forthcoming regulatory changes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
