Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Palliative Care Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at St Margaret of Scotland Hospice in Clydebank, near Glasgow.

About the Role: As a Locum Consultant in Palliative Medicine, you will be responsible for providing specialist care and advice to patients, families, and healthcare professionals across the West Dunbartonshire area and into Glasgow and parts of the wider Argyll and Bute areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inpatient, outpatient, and domiciliary services to patients with palliative care needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive specialist care services.
  • Develop and implement education and training programs for healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development of palliative care services in the region.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in palliative care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Working Hours: The standard working week is 40 hours.
