Job Title: Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments according to care plans, ensuring proper dosage and timing.
  • Vital Sign Monitoring: Monitor vital signs regularly, conducting health assessments to evaluate residents' well-being and promptly address any deviations from normal ranges.
  • Activities of Daily Living: Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, fostering residents' independence and comfort.
  • Health Assessments: Conduct comprehensive health assessments, documenting observations and updating patient records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team and physicians, communicating changes in residents' conditions and participating in care planning discussions.

Requirements:

  • NMC Registration: Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Experience: Previous experience within a similar role is essential.
