Learning Support Coach for SEN Pupils

Philosophy Education is seeking an exceptional Learning Support Coach to join our team and provide support to a pupil in year 3 with Downs Syndrome.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a large, 3 form-entry school rated Outstanding by Ofsted and contribute to the development of our students.
Job Tasks- Provide individualised support to the pupil with Downs Syndrome, enabling them to access the curriculum and participate in class activities
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement IEPs, ensuring the pupil receives the necessary support to reach their full potential
- Maintain accurate records of progress and participation, reporting back to the SEND coordinator as required
