We are seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 driver to join our team in Swadlincote. As a driver for our company, you will be responsible for delivering goods to new construction sites, averaging five drops per day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a HGV Class 2 vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Deliver goods to construction sites, adhering to schedules and deadlines
  • Secure loads using straps and ensure they are properly handled by forklift
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months of HGV/Class 2 driving experience
  • Experience with curtain siders and strapping
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, with occasional overnight stays
  • Hourly pay rates range from £13.80 to £15.47
