Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Contract Manager to join our team in Wiltshire. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our key clients and contracts, delivering installation projects within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Deliver projects on time and within budget, identifying and leveraging business opportunities to maximize profitability.
  • Quality Service: Deliver a quality service by identifying customer requirements and providing tailored, cost-effective solutions.
  • Health and Safety: Lead projects by driving a Safety First culture, ensuring full Health and Safety management and compliance.
  • Risk Management: Safeguard the company's interests by minimizing business risk throughout the project.
  • Resource Management: Manage all project resources, including labour, materials, and time, effectively to maximize profitable delivery.
  • Sub-Contract Management: Manage sub-contract partners to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time and correctly the first time.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures, producing accurate management information and project reports.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relations with clients, sub-contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure open and positive lines of communication.
