About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting students with special educational needs. They should be able to demonstrate assertiveness, good behaviour management, and a commitment to creating a supportive learning environment. Previous experience working with SEND pupils is highly desirable. Our schools prioritize providing a nurturing environment that fosters academic and personal growth. We strive to create a collaborative atmosphere among teachers, support staff, leaders, parents, and students to achieve educational and personal success for all pupils.
This role offers a competitive salary of £24,500 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
