Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Buy to Let Mortgage Underwriter to join our team at Kennedy Pearce Consulting Careers. As a Buy to Let Mortgage Underwriter, you will be responsible for assessing credit proposals for Buy to Let cases, managing the assessment and processing of these cases, and presenting proposals to Risk Committees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing credit proposals for Buy to Let cases
  • Managing the assessment and processing of Buy to Let cases
  • Presentation of proposals to Risk Committees
  • Underwriting portfolio landlords, SPV applications, HMO, Expat, Holiday let and standard Buy to Let mortgage applications

Requirements:

  • Experience gained working in the UK with full rights to work
  • Proven Buy to Let underwriting experience
  • Good working knowledge of mortgage loan processing
