Aircraft Turnaround Specialist

Optime Group is seeking an Aviation Operations Coordinator to join their team at Bristol Airport. This full-time role offers opportunities for overtime and a chance to work with a well-respected and successful client.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the safe, secure, and effective turnaround of aircraft from arrival to departure. Previous supervisory experience in a Front of House/Check-in/Ground Handling environment is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Coordinate with the ramp operation and third-party suppliers to ensure timely departures.
• Oversee the safe loading and unloading of aircraft.
• Maintain compliance with airline and airport policies.
• Ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous airport experience in a turnaround coordinator/check-in/ground handling role.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• A calm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Experience in supervising teams.
• Ability to quickly assess situations and implement corrective action.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• A valid driving license.
