Job Title: Quality Systems Manager
Location: This role is office based and can be based out of any of our Distribution Centers or our Head Office. Some flexibility to work from home with agreement is possible.
Full-time: Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00
Position Summary: As a Quality Systems Manager at Martin Brower, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our quality and food safety management systems to ensure compliance with required quality standards and legislation. This includes maintaining and aligning food safety and quality systems across our network to ensure full compliance with customer and external standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation and support of quality compliance audits across our network.
- Develop and implement quality strategy work streams to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage the reporting and review of quality KPIs across our network.
- Represent the Quality function on major business projects to ensure delivery in a consistent way across the network.
Requirements:
- Strong IT skills across the Office suite.
- Knowledge of food safety legislation.
- Food process knowledge would be an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience of QMS management.
