Christmas Van Driver Position

Pertemps Didcot is currently recruiting for a Multi-Drop Van Driver to deliver parcels in a safe and efficient manner. This role involves working for a company based in Didcot, with a starting date in early November and continuing through to the start of January, following the completion of relevant security checks.

The successful Van Driver will be responsible for:

  • Delivering and collecting parcels within a safe and efficient manner
  • Upholding a high standard of Customer Service and Professionalism
  • Communicating with the depot should any problems arise
  • Vehicle checks before and after every shift - Reporting any defects to the transport manager
  • Completing all delivery and collection paperwork

The Van Driver will have:

  • DVLA issued driving licence with no more than six penalty points
  • Experience with driving a van within a delivery environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in a multidrop environment is desirable
