We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at Kids Planet North Wingfield.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of childcare professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team of childcare professionals
  • Ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the nursery
  • Managing budgets and resources to ensure the nursery operates efficiently

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification
  • Excellent understanding of EYFS
  • Extensive knowledge of safeguarding
  • Leadership experience within a nursery setting
