Key Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with our matron and consultants to drive excellence in patient care and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • You will participate in multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient experiences and contribute to quality improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • You must be registered with the appropriate governing body, including the NMC.
  • You should possess relevant qualifications and experience aligned with your registration.
  • Flexibility, motivation, excellent communication skills, and teamwork abilities are essential for this role.
