Moon Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the development of innovative mechanical systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading engineering projects, delivering cutting-edge solutions, and ensuring industry standards and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, simulate, and test new mechanical components and systems using advanced software tools.
  • Lead the development of mechanical systems, managing and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver innovative solutions that meet industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop and implement new product designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mechanical design and simulation software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in mechanical design and simulation software, such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or Siemens NX.
  • Proven experience with FEA tools, such as ANSYS.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling, GD&T, and creating detailed technical drawings.
  • Experience in electro-mechanical product development is an advantage.
