Commercial Litigator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigator to join our team at Reed. As a Commercial Litigator, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of litigated matters, including professional negligence, debt recovery, commercial property, contentious matters, contracts, leases, and disputes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough advice on a wide range of litigated matters, including professional negligence, debt recovery, commercial property, contentious matters, contracts, leases, and disputes.
  • Evaluate the merits of a claim, provide legal advice on the position, and resolve the dispute until completion.
  • Provide a profitable contribution by meeting individual and team performance targets, delivering a high standard of client care, and participating in the company's marketing activities to raise the profile of the department/firm.
Requirements
  • Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years' PQE.
  • Solid experience in litigation is essential, areas include, but are not limited to, professional negligence, debt recovery, commercial property, contentious matters, contracts, leases, disputes, etc.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload without supervision.
  • IT proficient.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills.
  • A skilled negotiator.
  • Highly organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Keen analytical problem-solving skills.
