Part Time

We're seeking a Sales and Service Advisor to join our team at Currys. As a Sales and Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience. This role involves working flexibly across our opening hours, including Saturdays and Sundays, and contributing towards the overall sales performance of the store.

The ideal candidate will be approachable, friendly, and keen to learn about the latest technology. You will need to be comfortable achieving personal sales, service, and customer experience targets, as well as working across different departments and product ranges. Our Sales and Service Advisors possess a passion for doing great work, and once you see the pleasure customers get from discovering how amazing technology can help them, you won't want to do anything else.

  • Making every customer interaction memorable
  • Offering support services like delivery and installation, recycling, and ways to pay
  • Contributing towards the overall sales performance of the store
  • Working across different departments and product ranges
  • Supporting with the running of the store by completing operational tasks
