Teaching and Learning Associate

As a Teaching and Learning Associate at AD WARRIOR, you will play a vital role in supporting our students to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with our teaching staff to deliver high-quality lessons, provide individualized support to students who require extra help, and contribute to the development of our curriculum.
Our ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher or have equivalent experience, with a strong commitment to student-centered learning and a passion for innovative pedagogy. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to think creatively, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver high-quality lessons to students across various year groups
- To provide one-to-one support to students who require extra help with their studies
- To contribute to the development of our curriculum, including designing and delivering new programs and activities
Requirements:
- Degree in Education or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
