**Who We Are Looking For:**

  • Experienced educators with a background in creating personalised education plans for KS2, KS3, and KS4 students.
  • SEN/SEMH specialists with expertise in supporting students with special educational needs or social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
  • Subject specialists with a deep understanding of the curriculum in subjects like English, Maths, or Science and the ability to bring them to life for their students.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience with SEN students preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

**Salary:** £25-£35 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
