We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Agent to join our team at 4Com Plc. As a Lead Generation Agent, you will be responsible for outbound calling businesses to complete telephone surveys and collect data on potential new clients for our Telemarketing team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Consistently achieving quality and productivity targets
  • Fluently delivering the marketing script and handling objections, ensuring the information is accurately recorded
  • Ensuring the business qualifies in line with the key criteria set by the business

As a Lead Generation Agent, you will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be required to be self-motivated and enthusiastic towards duties. You will also be responsible for ensuring the business qualifies in line with the key criteria set by the business.
