Job Title: FISHMONGER

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a FISHMONGER. You will be responsible for running our fresh fish and seafood counter and shop, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high retail standards. This role requires strong merchant skills, attention to detail, and a natural flair for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To maintain a consistently high standard of presentation, including displays/visual standards, stock condition, stock control, and general cleanliness.
  • To react to sales trends and communicate regular updates to the General Manager and Executive Chef to ensure all operational demands are met.
  • To have a natural flair for customer service, strong merchant skills, and a history of delivering financial results.
