A leading design and distribution company, EA First Ltd, is seeking a Financial Operations Manager to support the CFO in delivering the monthly accounting duties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with experience in providing monthly management accounts to provide insights into financial performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing timely and accurate financial statements, including cash flow, profit & loss and budget reports.
- Assisting accountants in the preparation of yearly accounts, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Checking and filing quarterly VAT returns, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Developing and implementing financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth.
- Supervising and mentoring finance staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
The successful candidate will be fully exam qualified or qualified by substantial experience, with demonstrable team management experience.
The salary for this role is up to £60,000 per annum, plus package.
